How does this program work?

I am a Realtor and I work with Coldwell Banker Bain for those who want to buy or sell property. I also work with HomePartners, they are the program I use for those who want to rent.

HomePartners buys houses for cash and then rents them to my clients. So the perk of this is you can find a house that you like that is on the market, it doesn’t have to be a rental. Just a house for sale.

You will submit an application through HomePartners, once you are approved, we get to start looking!

Once we find you a house you like, I work with HomePartners and we submit an offer. They are basically the buyer but it’s yours to rent.

All they ask is you rent for at least one year and give them 60 days notice when you move. If you are planning on being long term, you actually have the option to buy the house from them at anytime. This gives you a chance to decide if that’s the area you want to be in

Yes pets are allowed.

  • Maximum 3 pets with a max combined weight of 180 pounds
  • Pet restrictions - Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Mastiffs or Doberman
  • $300 pet fee plus $25 pet rent per pet per month
  • Aquariums limited to 20 gallons. No exotic, venomous or verminous pets.

No. There are some property criteria (just a few):

  • The house has to be in an approved community
  • Less than 100 years old
  • No propane tanks as the main source of heat
  • No septic systems
